Susan Boyle is the Dean of Admissions and has been at Naropa University since 1998. She came to Naropa from the Friends World Program at Long Island University where she worked in enrollment management for four years. She holds a BA from St. Lawrence University and an MA in education from the University of Colorado, Boulder. Her passion lies in working in progressive institutions of higher education that are mission-driven and provide students the opportunity to take risks, think critically and explore not only the outer world but their internal wisdom as well. Susan serves on various university-wide committees as well as shares in the work and responsibility of managing a very busy Office of Admissions.

Donna McIntyre

Donna McIntyre has been a staff member in the Admissions Office since 1996 and is currently the Associate Director Admissions. She is the admissions counselor for the following Master of Fine Arts programs: Creative Writing,Writing and Poetics, Theatre: Contemporary Performance, and she is also the counselor for the MA Contemplative Education Program.  She received her MA degree in Contemplative Psychotherapy from Naropa University in 1984, and has been a teacher's assistant in a variety of meditation classes at Naropa over the years.

Adam Shelffo

Adam Shelffo is the Associate Director of Admissions and Multicultural Recruitment Coordinator for the Office of Admissions.  Adam will be working with students from around the country. He is a Colorado native and returns to Boulder after receiving his Bachelors from the University of Colorado and Masters from Regis University. Adam has over 8 years of admissions experience and is excited to be part of the Naropa community where he can work with students, faculty and staff to embrace the university’s mission!

Alice DiTullio

Alice DiTullio has been an admissions counselor at Naropa for ten years.  She works with the Somatic Counseling Psychology concentrations: Body Psychotherapy and Dance & Movement Therapy.  Alice also is the counselor for Contemplative Psychotherapy and Environmental Leadership.  Alice graduated from Naropa in May of 1999 with a BA in Contemplative Psychology, and in May of 2008 she graduated with a MA in Transpersonal Counseling Psychology. She came to Naropa as an older student with a long history of both volunteer and professional experience in the human service field. She has worked with a variety of populations, including children with special needs, Central American refugees and runaway youth. Guiding students toward programs that emphasize self-awareness, solid skills and compassion in the field of psychology and environmental leadership is what she finds most satisfying about her work.

Krista Stuchlik
Senior Graduate Counselor and Alumni Volunteer Coordinator

Krista moved to Boulder from Kansas City to pursue a Master of the Arts in Religious Studies degree at Naropa University.  She graduated in May of 2010 and is thrilled to continue her career in admissions at her alma mater.  Before attending graduate school, Krista worked extensively in independent school admissions.  At Naropa she will work with students interested in the MA Religious Studies, Master of Divinity, Ecopsychology, Transpersonal Counseling Psychology (low-residency) and Wilderness Therapy programs.  Krista is excited to help students plan an education and a future.  

Jenny Suarez

Jenny Suarez is an Undergraduate Admissions Counselor who works with prospective first year students from the Northeast, Southeast, and Texas. She completed her graduate degree in Educational Psychology from the University of Alabama, where she also worked at the Women's Resource Center. Jenny came to Naropa with experience in counseling diverse demographics and implementing student programming initiatives. She is originally from Florida, but is currently pursuing a lifelong dream of living in the mountains and helping others find their life path.


Z Robison
Administrative Director of Admissions

Z Robison is the Administrative Director of Admissions, and is originally from rural Oklahoma.   For the past 10 years, he has acted as a practice administrator for medical facilities in both Oklahoma and Colorado. Recently Z took a look at his career path and decided to make the move into higher education.   Z has a passion for Naropa’s unique blend of intellectual rigor, contemplative education, and spirituality.   He spends his free time reading, writing, attending concerts, sitting, and visiting the numerous restaurants boulder has to offer!   Z loves seeing students grow as people, thinkers, and activists all the while becoming more present in their everyday lives.

Kaitlyn Otto

Kaitlyn Otto is the Communication Coordinator for the Office of Admissions. Growing up in Colorado, Kaitlyn graduated from the University of Colorado Boulder in May 2009 with a BA in International Spanish for the Professions. In August that year, she was thrilled to join the Naropa community and take advantage of the opportunity to engage with students from a multitude of backgrounds. Kaitlyn finds the most satisfaction in helping students find the educational path that best suits their needs and interests.
